Ted Oatts is the Broker Owner of Worthington Realty, serving greater Columbus, Ohio, in both residential and commercial real estate since 1974. He has played a key role in developing northern Franklin County and Southern Delaware County, including multifamily homes, single-family residences, retail spaces, offices, and two golf courses.

Ted has held numerous leadership roles, including 2025 NAR Insurance Chair and 2016 Secretary of Columbus Realtors. He has received several awards, such as the 2013 Ohio Distinguished Service Award and 2008 Ohio Realtor of the Year.

Beyond real estate, Ted is actively involved in his church and community, volunteering at Stowe Mission, Habitat for Humanity, and Marburn Academy. He is also an accomplished singer/songwriter with three albums and an author of two books.

Ted lives by the philosophy 'Everyday is a new day and a new opportunity' and his personal motto 'Never Quit'. His passion for life and helping others is evident to all who know him.
