Frequently Asked Questions
When and where are the 2026 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings?
The 2026 REALTORS® Legislative Meetings are scheduled for June 13-18, and the Expo will be June 15-16. The Expo will take place at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Allen Y. Lew Place NW, Washington, DC 20001. The location for Governance meetings will be posted once available.
How much does it cost to register?
Registration is FREE for NAR members. Additional pricing will be posted closer to the event.
Ticketed events may require an additional fee.
Why register in advance?
Register in advance to ensure you receive all event communications, committee or business meeting information, and to choose your hotel accommodations from NAR-contracted hotels.
I have registered, but have not yet received my confirmation email, what should I do?
Please contact our registration and housing provider, Maritz Global Events, NARLegislative@maritz.com, to have it re-sent.
Why should I reserve my hotel room when I register for the event through NAR?
There is limited hotel space in the area so you will want to book your room promptly. NAR negotiates the lowest possible rates at area hotels. Additionally, staying in an NAR-booked hotel allows you to take advantage of networking opportunities, as attendees will make up the majority of the guests at official hotels.
Hotel reservations are made through the online registration process and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Some hotels will sell out in the first 24 hours of registration opening.
Do I need to register for each governance meeting in advance?
Will there be any remote options?
Any member can view a livestream of the board of directors at nar.realtor.
Some mainstage sessions may also be available for viewing via livestream at nar.realtor. Details including specific sessions will be posted closer to the event.
How should I plan my schedule?
What should I bring to the meeting?
Lots of business cards for networking (make sure they have a surface that is easy to write on); at least two pairs of comfortable shoes; a sweater or light jacket for air conditioned meeting rooms.
