Exhibit Rates/Payment Information

• Booth space is sold in 10’x10′ increments
• Standard booth space reserved (with a completed application and 50% deposit) submitted before December 31, 2024, will be invoiced at $25.00 per sq. ft.
  • • After 12/31/24 rate will increase to $26.00 per sq. ft.
• $300 corner charge (linear booths)
• $100 per corner charge island booths
• 50% deposit required with exhibit space application
• Balance is due February 21, 2025
