Biography
At the peak of her corporate media career, when Kim found herself working during childbirth, iPhone in one hand, IV in the other, she realized she needed to redefine success. Kim spent nearly 2 decades in media– at Netflix, launching Us Weekly’s video unit which led to its $100 million sale, and as a writer and producer of national TV news. Despite being an accomplished executive, she was gripped with self-doubt and fear of where to go next. Motivated by the life she dreamed of– which included being home for dinner with her baby–she kept pushing forward.
Kim and her marketing company have since won 6 awards, Kim has become a sought-after public speaker and helps people across the country break through barriers. She has been a keynote speaker at Inman Connect, Fast Company Innovation Festival, NextHome, BHHS, Boston Beer, Mom2.0 Summit and a lecturer at Syracuse University. Kim merges her personal experiences facing down doubt and imposter syndrome & her decades of being a leader in media to help transform your teams.
Kim graduated from the University of Pennsylvania cum laude, has trained in improv comedy at the famous UCB Theater in NYC. And… se habla español.
