Jon Waclawski

Jon Waclawski is NAR’s Vice President, Political Advocacy, working in NAR’s Washington, DC office. In his role, Jon leverages his legal and political experience in leading strategy for NAR’s federal, state and local political programs and political law compliance efforts. Additionally, Jon supervises NAR’s political education and grassroots advocacy activity, which provide REALTOR® association staff and members vital advocacy engagement tools and opportunities. Lastly, Jon oversees NAR RPAC fundraising and disbursement efforts, helping ensure NAR advocacy remains the dominant pro-REALTOR® voice in Washington DC and throughout the country.
Prior to joining NAR in 2017, Jon honed his political and legal skills in diverse, high-level positions; as in-house general counsel to a 2016 presidential candidate, as a partner in a boutique political law firm, and in various fundraising, operative and legal roles at both state and national political party committees.
Jon received his B.A. in government from Hamilton College in New York and his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. Jon is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the state bar of Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia bar.
