Donny Samson has served as Samson Properties CEO since 2019. He moved into leadership as COO in 2016. Samson leads all operations Samson Properties and the sister company Cardinal Title Group. Samson has helped lead Samson in it’s growth in the last 7 years from 4 offices and 700 Realtors to 37 offices and over 6000 Realtors. The growth has been led by a Realtors first mentality and Pay it Forward mindset. Samson Properties was #1 in Sales in the DMV in 2024. Samson Properties was recognized as #18 in the RIS Media Power Broker 500 for 2024. Samson was also selected RISMedia Newsmaker in 2021 and 2024.
