Members of the Leadership Identification and Development Committee are tasked with determining eligibility and establishing, monitoring and enforcing qualifications, performance expectations and accountability mechanisms for NAR appointed leadership positions. Additionally, they will support the identification, cultivation/development and appointment of qualified leaders for NAR as directed by the Board of Directors and Leadership Team.
