For those living and working in the Washington, DC metropolitan area – daily life, economic development, urban planning, and real estate are both local and national news. As the nation’s capital and a federal district (not a state), DC’s evolving local development issues are being carefully followed by national leaders.

NAR will be hosting a tour with up-to-date information and expert speakers on timely Smart Growth issues in DC. With the new federal administration, the situation will be quickly evolving and receive ongoing national attention. Given the quickly moving situation, agenda details will be finalized closer to the tour.

The tour is in collaboration with the DC REALTOR® Association and is expected to sell out early so register early and you’ll receive updates on the agenda as the tour approaches.

Note: Tour will include significant amounts of walking so weather appropriate clothes and comfortable shoes are a must. Semi-casual attire is recommended.
