The purpose of the advisory board is to provide guidance, tools, and resources for association staff to adopt and/or create a culture that embraces Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for its members and staff. The committee also supports efforts to implement the NAR DEI Strategic Plan and shares the advisory board’s output with association staff through programming opportunities.
