Susan E. Kelly, SRA is the founder and president of Appraisal Solutions, LLC, a Rhode Island-based residential appraisal firm serving clients throughout Southern New England. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate valuation, Susan is recognized for her expertise in residential appraisal, market analysis, and appraisal policy.

Susan currently serves as Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® Real Property Valuation Forum, where she collaborates with industry leaders on appraisal modernization, valuation standards, housing policy, and real estate data initiatives. She is an active member of the Appraisal Institute and has held numerous leadership positions at the local, state, and national levels.

Before entering the appraisal profession, Susan co-founded a successful software consulting firm and spent more than a decade in the fashion industry. Her diverse business background has shaped her entrepreneurial approach to leadership, innovation, and client service.

A mother of four and a proud new grandmother, Susan is deeply committed to both family and community. She is active in Rotary and the Providence Art Club, where she supports educational programs, museum initiatives, and civic engagement. Throughout her career, she has championed professionalism, credible data, and high standards within the real estate valuation profession.
