Biography
As a CPA and MBA, Rick worked for McDonald's for 14 years leading two US Regions. Rick was VP of Operations for Midas and President of Jiffy Lube before becoming VP for North American Fuels Marketing at Shell.
After Shell, Rick served as CEO for a startup and as President of a private equity portfolio company before taking the role of SVP of Fuel Sales and Marketing for BP in downtown Chicago. In March 2019, Rick joined Earnnest as CEO. He raised $15M in capital, increased revenue by 100x, and grew company staff by 4x since joining Earnnest.
