Michelle Mills Clement, FASAE, CAE, RCE, is CEO of the Chicago Association of REALTORS®, leading more than 16,000 members with a focus on accountability, inclusion, and industry advancement. With over 20 years of association and nonprofit leadership experience, she previously served as CEO of the Commercial Brokers Association, a commercial MLS and trade association, and has held key national roles, including co-chair of NAR’s Culture Transformation Commission and member of the NAR Fair Housing Policy Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) and authored a chapter in Professional Practices in Association Management, the leading resource for association executives.

Michelle is an ASAE Fellow, a member of the 2026 Leadership Greater Chicago cohort, and Immediate Past Chair of the Association Forum Board. Her leadership has earned national recognition, including Crain’s Chicago Business “40 Under 40,” the Illinois REALTORS® Rhino Award, ASAE’s Key Award — the organization’s highest honor, induction into the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame, and multiple appearances on the Swanepoel Power 200 list.”
