Biography
Lisa Herceg, AHWD, IPC – Director, Business Insights, National Association of REALTORS®, has over 25 years of experience in research with focuses on business insights, marketing research, and public policy research. She leads NAR's Business Insights Team and has conducted primary research with NAR members for over 20 years, managing up to 125 surveys and 40 qualitative projects per year. Lisa is deeply involved in the North Central Chapter of the Insights Association, where she is immediate Past President and Chapter Advisor.
