Biography
I act as the internal and external point of contact for all research issues relating to housing finance including capital markets, banking and origination issues, regulation, and mortgage insurance trends. I produce analysis and commentary on public policy issues, provide content to NAR's policy experts and present analysis as needed. I manage the production of a quarterly lending survey and monthly foot traffic index. On a regulator basis, I write blog commentary, provide media interviews and make presentations on trends in the housing and finance markets as well as the macro economy.
