Jeff LeRoy serves as the Administrative Executive for the Missoula Organization of REALTORS® (MOR), where he previously was the GAD since 2024.

Jeff moved to Montana after a corporate career at The Procter & Gamble Company in Cincinnati, Ohio where he worked primarily in Corporate Communications. He is a recovering elected official, having served several terms on City Council in a small suburban town and spent thirty years in the Army/Army Reserve from which he retired as a colonel. In addition to his work at MOR he enjoys working as a river guide part-time in the summer in central Montana.

Jeff holds a Master of Strategic Studies degree from the U.S. Army War College and a BS in Political Science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
