Greg has spent nearly four decades at the intersection of real estate and technology. His career began in 1986 with the Santa Barbara Board of REALTORS®, where he helped install one of the first in-house MLS systems. From there, he led operations and technology for a 10,000-member, six-MLS regional organization at East Bay Regional Data, then contributed to one of the earliest internet-based MLS platforms at HomeSeekers.com.

Now in his 24th year at RMLS and 8th serving as Chief Technology Officer, Greg leads the organization's full technology stack: guiding the development and transformation of their in-house MLS system, data processing, infrastructure, and network systems. He serves on the RESO Board of Directors and has chaired the RESO Research & Development Workgroup for a decade, shaping the standards that define how the industry shares data.
