Serving as the Federal Political Coordinator to U.S. Congressman David Scott on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS®, he works to shape housing and community development legislation at the highest levels. His leadership continues nationally as 2025 Vice Chair of the Federal Political Coordinator Advisory Committee.

Committed to servant leadership, Ennis has served as a Deacon for 29 years and gives generously of his time to community organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels Atlanta, Atlanta Community Food Bank, and Project Open Hand. A recipient of the E.A.Isakson Leadership Award and John Maxwell Leadership Certification, Ennis leads with integrity, faith, and vision.
