Biography
Chris Duff is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner of BEACH REAL ESTATE GROUP, which operates in California. With 20 years of real estate experience, Chris has a reputation for professionalism and dedication. He initially managed and then became a broker-owner of a successful franchise in South Texas before partnering to launch Beach Real Estate Group in Manhattan Beach, CA. Chris is a passionate trainer and coach committed to advancing the real estate industry by developing and delivering courses, workshops, and designations nationwide. He holds numerous designations and certifications, including ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRB, GRI, ePRO, SRS, SRES, PSA, and RENE. Chris has held leadership roles, including serving as the 2017 President of the Corpus Christi Association of REALTORS® and graduating from Leadership Corpus Christi. He has been a prominent speaker at the California Association of REALTORS® Broker Conference and facilitated meetings at the Local and National Association of REALTORS®. Chris has been inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame by the National Association of REALTORS® three times and has held various leadership roles at Texas REALTORS®, including completing its leadership program. He is among an elite group of professionals who graduated from the Leadership Academy at the National Association of REALTORS®. Chris currently serves in leadership positions, including:

Chris enjoys surfing, fly-fishing, and riding his road bike outside of his professional commitments. When not in the water or on his bike, he enjoys spending time with his family or volunteering in the real estate community. Chris is a licensed real estate broker in California (since 2018) and Texas (since 2011).
