Regulatory Issues Forum: What Lies Ahead – Practical and Policy Solutions in a Post-Settlement Environment

Description

The Regulatory Issues Forum will focus on solutions following the proposed Sitzer/Burnett case settlement and will assess the impact of the required practice changes that will take effect beginning in July 2024. The Forum will focus on practical and policy changes expected in a post-settlement environment, including more expansive use of buyer broker agreements and the impact of the proposed settlement on minority, veteran, first-time home buyers, and first-generation home buyers.
