Debbie Prodehl is one of the Broker/Owners of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. She has been in the business for 33 years working in her family’s company, building a thriving real estate business that nearly spans the Length and Breadth of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
Debbie spent her first 15 years in business working with buyers and seller, and the last 18 years in key leadership roles. Debbie is now in charge of compliance for her company as Director of Risk Management. She currently works daily with her management team and agents training, mentoring, and guiding them on the right track.
Debbie has had unlimited association involvement locally over the years. She has served on numerous committees, Board of Directors, and was President in 2015. She was named Realtor of the Year in 2016 and currently serving in her 4th year as Board of Director at Mainstreet Association of Realtors.
Debbie has many years of service at the Illinois Realtors, including 6 years as a Board of Director, and numerous committees including RPAC Trustees, Finance, and currently on the Ethic Citation Panel. She also was a graduate of the Illinois Realtors Leadership Academy in 2017.
Debbie was just named the 2025 Illinois Realtors Treasurer and she is excited for this opportunity to serve at this level. In addition to local and state involvement, Debbie has served at NAR as a Board of Director for the last 8 years, 50 Large Brokers for the last 8 years and currently the 2024 Chair of the Regulatory Issues Forum.
Debbie’s designations and memberships include At Home with Diversity, C2EX certified, a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and a member of the Coldwell Banker What Moves Her. My community involvement includes working with the Northern Illinois Food Bank and the Joliet Chapter of Pink Heals.
Lastly, Debbie is an RPAC Golden R President’s Circle Hall of Fame member which she is extremely proud to be amongst such a wonderful group of REALTORS that all have the same goal and love for advocacy as she does.
