Shauna Huisman is a REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group and enjoys providing a personalized unique experience for her Buyers, Sellers and Investors throughout Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona. After 25+ years of professional and leadership experience in sales, marketing, and sales education in Healthcare Technology and the corporate space, she moved into Real Estate as a second career in 2016. Shauna is a Graduate of University of California, Chico.

Shauna is passionate about elevating women in their professional careers and loves engaging with real estate agents across the Nation. She has served as 2019 Local Network President Women’s Council of R E A L T O RS® Scottsdale and as the 2022 President of the Women’s Council of R E A L T O R S ® Arizona and the 2023 State Liaison for the Women’s Council of R E A L T O R S ® Arizona. Shauna is currently holding a three-year term serving on the National Women’s Council of R E A L T O R S ® Executive Committee. As the National Women’s Council of Realtors Liaison, Shauna serves on the National Association of Realtors RPAC Major Investor Council for 2024.

Shauna is involved in volunteering with the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors as their Realtor Party Committee Chair 2024 and has served on the Budget and Finance Committee. She is a recent graduate of the SAAR Leadership Academy Class 24. In addition to the local Association, Shauna is active in volunteering with the Arizona Realtors as the 2024 Co-Chair of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion committee and a member of the Professional & Business Development committee and Legislative Committee. Family is her “why”! She loves to travel and has not only lived overseas multiple times but has had the privilege to travel to 30+ countries around the world and hopes to visit even more! Shauna loves the outdoors, hiking and her dogs!
