Julia Minto, Julie as she is known, is the President and co-owner of LLB&B, Inc. Real Estate in Mobile. AL.  35 years ago, Minto started her career listing and selling residential, investment and waterfront property. Today, she handles the brokerage and agent training side of LLB&B while serving the real estate industry as a local, state and national REALTOR® volunteer.

Julie has served the REALTOR® industry as a director and committee member on all three levels. In 2015, she was the Alabama REALTOR® President and had the privilege of serving on NAR President, Elizabeth Mendenhall’s team as the 2018 Realtor Patry Membership Engagement Liaison. Her committee work has an emphasis on advocacy, education, and brokerage issues. She is a strong supporter of ARPAC being a Golden Hall of Fame, Golden R and President’s Circle Investor.
