Erin Stackley is the Senior Policy Representative for Commercial Issues at the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the largest trade association in the U.S. She provides legislative and regulatory analysis and advocacy on commercial real estate and small business issues, including commercial real estate lending, small business programs, commercial real estate tax issues, "Fintech," unmanned aerial systems (UAS), insurance, and commercial environmental issues. She received her J.D. from the George Mason University School of Law in 2011, and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. She has experience working on Capitol Hill, both for a personal office and a Committee, and also in Executive Agencies (the Army Chief Attorney's Office and the Commandant of the Marine Corps Office of General Counsel).
