Brett is well respected by his peers and recognized as an expert in International and Resort sales and purchases of real estate. Brett is an avid golfer and has played almost every course in Southwest Florida. He is familiar with the amenities of hundreds of Communities in the area. As part of a family developer business he was involved in the design, construction and sales of over 800 residences in Southwest Florida between 1982 and 1994. Brett has since been the Director of Sales for Fiddler’s Creek and an on-site sales agent for Mystique in Pelican Bay, Costa Del Sol in Pelican Landing and BayView I & II in Bonita Bay. Brett was the first to purchase a home in The Brooks and has resided in Spring Run and Copperleaf. Brett is a current resident of Victoria Park.
