Becky Klein, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, DM:SM, e-Pro, LHC, MRP, PMN, RENE is a dynamic force in the real estate industry, serving as the REALTOR®/owner of Move Realty and making her mark in the Greater St. Louis area. Armed with a BA in Corporate Communication and an MA in Communication with a focus on Training and Development, Becky's academic background underscores her commitment to education and personal/professional growth. Prior to her real estate endeavors, Becky served as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Lindenwood University, where she imparted knowledge and a passion for effective communication to both undergraduate and graduate students.

With over two decades of experience in sales, management, and training, Becky brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She thrives on the challenges of organizational assessment and strategic planning, finding excitement in crafting solutions that drive success. Beyond her professional achievements, Becky is deeply embedded in the real estate community, having held numerous leadership positions within both the REALTOR® Association and Women’s Council of REALTORS® spheres. Notably, in 2024, she serves as the President-elect of the Women's Council of REALTORS® Missouri and Immediate Past President of St. Charles REALTORS®, further solidifying her commitment to shaping the future of the industry. Additionally, she lends her insights as a member of the NAR C2EX committee and the Opportunities and Growth committee for the National Women's Council of REALTORS®. Outside of work, Becky finds joy in her role as a wife and mother, sharing her life with her business partner/husband, Will, and their expansive family of five adult children, three dogs, four granddogs, and four grandcats. An avid crocheter and book nerd, Becky's multifaceted interests reflect her vibrant personality and insatiable curiosity.
