In-person check-in for the Board of Directors meeting will open at 7:00am on Thursday, May 9. Please bring a photo ID as well as your RLM conference badge to check-in to validate your participation in voting. The meeting will begin promptly at 8:30am EDT. Upon checking in, you will receive a voting device with a unique smartcard that will be used to cast your votes.
