Biography

Tessa Hultz, RCE, CAE, has been serving REALTOR® Associations for nearly two decades. Her dedication to the industry has earned several notable achievements and honors including being named by her peers as an inaugural recipient of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Association Executives YPN Leaders of Tomorrow Award and her induction in the Bud Smith Leadership Society, inducted in the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame for the second time in 2022 and most recently, named the recipient of the prestigious Magel Award of Excellence.

In 2018 Tessa pioneered a first-of-its-kind local REALTOR® Association affordable housing study. Using MLS data, this study measured the impact of Habitat homes on surrounding properties compared to homes in similar neighborhoods without Habitat built homes in proximity.  This study has since been cited by regional affordable housing groups to argue favorably for affordable housing projects.

Tessa has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® since joining the organization in early 2019.
