Julie Swan is Manager of Operations at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), where she provides operational and strategic leadership for a portfolio of 15 credentials and certifications supporting REALTOR® professionalism in both domestic and global markets. She oversees credential operations, including provider and instructor management, member engagement initiatives, and cross-functional coordination to ensure program effectiveness and growth.

Julie serves as staff executive to governance committees and advisory boards, partnering closely with volunteer leaders to support strategic direction, committee operations, and policy discussions. She also works closely with finance teams on budget planning, revenue oversight, and operational reporting to ensure strong fiscal stewardship. Drawing on her background as a former REALTOR® and classroom teacher, Julie brings a clear, structured approach to communication and program design, building systems and initiatives that strengthen member value, engagement, and long-term impact across the REALTOR® community.
