Biography

A native of Georgetown, Guyana, Cammie Reed has lived in the Washington, D.C. area since age 10. She has degrees in business (BS & MBA), counseling (MS) and theology (MD & DM) from the University of Maryland & Columbia College, Loyola University and Howard University, respectively. Cammie is a broker/owner for Living in Style and Reed Training Center and is a graduate of the Maryland Leadership Academy. 

She began her career in 1985, finding investment properties with her sisters. She holds licenses from Pennsylvania to Florida, and have countless NAR designations, as well as being a NAR instructor. Cammie is a Distinguished Real Estate Educator (DREI). She served/s on Public Policy, Grievance, Professional Standards, Legislative, Education, Fair Housing, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Cammie is trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), group psychotherapy, Zen therapy, negotiation and mediation. As president and founder of Nani House, Cammie helps underprivileged individuals with basic needs, food, clothing and housing. She is a licensed therapist, ordained pastor and national speaker. 

Cammie’s goal is to visit all 50 states to learn about various cultures and lifestyles. She lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband and youngest son, with her oldest son living close by. Family is an integral part of her life.
