The purpose of the Risk Management Issues Committee is to "facilitate a national discussion and awareness of risk management issues
and related potential legal liability facing members, create and present educational programming on relevant risk management issues, and monitor the status and availability of errors and omissions insurance addressing such risks." We look forward to convening as part of the 2026 REALTORS Legislative Meetings and hosting guests who will educate and inform the Committee on matters germane to its purpose.
